Days until Detroit Anti-Racism Training

DART IS BACK!

After nine years of Detroit-based projects addressing racial justice issues...

MuslimARC is back for our third Detroit Anti-Racism Training (DART23)!

We are excited to launch DART23 at Eastside Community Center. This year, our team connects Detroit stakeholders, MuslimARC members, trainers, and emerging anti-racism leaders.

A space designed to:

 Facilitate learning and collaboration

 Promote racial justice

Share best practices and insight into emerging trends

DART invites you to form collaborations and partnerships with professionals from different areas of racial justice, foster innovation, and build networks -  an invaluable resource for advancing knowledge.

The 8-hour workshop addresses anti-racism, cultural competencies, and organizational culture, equipping participants with a deeper understanding of racial equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility concepts. DART23 will explore topics such as borderlands, dominant and marginal cultures, inner advocacy, internalized racism, internal inferiority, and internal superiority. The training fosters the skills to assess organizational policies.

Our trainers will lead participants through interactive activities that raise awareness and skills for anti-racism competencies.
