Assess the organization from an Anti-Racist Framework. This includes gathering information from the individuals, institutions and impacted communities and then proposing effective strategies and priorities.

PLAN

Plan with core groups and stakeholders to frame strategies for action. We will conduct meetings to ensure our proposed plan of action best fits your organization.

IMPLEMENT

Implement key organizational systems to strengthen outreach. In this crucial step, we mobilize your network.

EVALUATE

Evaluate and track impact over time through monthly check-ins and at closing. As we close your project, we share what is learned from assessments with staff and determine what new changes need to be made for long term change and next steps.
